Packed within it is a single bed with a metal slatted base and duvet straps included to keep everything neat and tidy. The built-in shelves ensure the user have their favourite books or bedtime diary within their reach, and when the bed is closed, the shelving space is hidden for privacy.

ASSEMBLY AND WALL MOUNTING

Wall beds must be fixed directly to a solid structure such as brick, concrete or a solid timber frame. Wall beds must not be fixed to a plasterboard or similar unless there is a solid structure underneath it. Wall fixings for your specific type of wall can be purchased at a local DIY store.

Delivery Information

We keep delivery charges simple, any order under £500 would be a £10 delivery charge, any order over £500 we don't charge delivery for UK Mainland.

Delivery is available to UK Mainland only, We do not currently deliver this item to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or the aisles. (Currently this product does not ship to: KW, IV, AB, PH, PA, HS, PL, TR)

Delivery Times, We will aim to deliver in-stock items within 2-3 weeks, should any delays be anticipated, we will reach out to you to reflect this. Should an item be out-of-stock, we will alert you. If an item is out of stock lead times can be between 3-10 weeks.

Once scheduled, we will look to provide you with an email and text confirmation with the exact delivery date and time slot for the order. Additionally, you will receive a tracking link where you will be able to track the driver on the day of the delivery.

On The Day Of Delivery, Please Be Aware: Our deliveries start in the morning, with the first drop typically being at 06:00 and finishing in the early afternoon hours. We aim to deliver goods between Monday - Saturday, however, weekend availability depends on the postcode location of the delivery address.

Our deliveries are currently ground floor only - however, you can opt to take advantage of our optional delivery service in case the property is located on the first floor or above in a multi-storey building [such as a second-floor flat]. This service is subject to a £20 charge for the first and second floors, or a £40 charge for the third and fourth floors - and is payable on the day of delivery to the delivery team. Please note that should a lift be present in which the packages will fit, no charge is applicable.

Signing For The Delivery, All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery. Before signing for delivery, please ensure that you have visually inspected the goods to ensure the packaging and the product are in perfect condition and that your property has not been damaged in any way during the delivery process. If necessary, please make sure you detail any problems on the delivery note. Take a photo and contact us within 24 hours.

Order Amendments and Missed Deliveries, If you would like to cancel/amend the delivery we need to be notified a minimum of 48 hours before the delivery is scheduled to take place otherwise, we may be unable to reschedule the delivery and charges of up to £40 may apply. Similarly, if you, for any reason, you are not present at the delivery address, we reserve the right to apply a re-delivery charge of up to £40.

Returns, Please ensure you are fully happy with your purchase prior to opening. If you need to return your item please note it must be in its original packaging. Sealed, undamaged and without the assembly process being started. Please note you will be responsible for the return costs of the items, which can vary due to size, location weight etc. We will aim to refund the items price minus the delivery costs and any restocking fees to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the item. Note some items are not able to be returned, an example of this would be personalised, customised and made to order items.

Warranty

Archie's Place is committed to providing the highest quality products and we welcome our customers feedback which could assist us to further achieve this goal. This product comes with 12 month manufacturer backed warranty.

Warranty processing will be subject to the individual manufacturers discretion and policies. Please contact us directly for any specific product warranty requirement at info@archiesplace.co.uk. It's important to note warranty is for workmanship only and manufacturer warranties do not cover defects caused by customer negligence or normal wear.
