Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will contact you as soon as we become aware.

Pre-Orders

Some of our products are so popular that we sell out, if this happens sometimes we enable Pre-Orders, this will allow us to confirm your purchase within our next shipment so you don't miss out!

If Pre-Order is enabled for your purchase, Please go ahead and place your order, We will contact you within 24 hours confirm a date we expect to be able to dispatch to you. Remember you can reach us at info@archiesplace.co.uk where we can provide you with further support.  

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, and is confirmed for dispatch, we will charge your card, and dispatch your order, where possible within 5 business days - if your order is a specially made item we will confirm delivery with you. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details, please reach out to us via email at info@archiesplace.co.uk so that we can help.

We ship directly from our partners warehouses these are throughout the UK and Europe. Due to Brexit at times there maybe delays, please see individual listings for further delivery information.

Like many companies throughout the UK some of our couriers partners are experiencing delays with their deliveries, for this we apologise in advance however once the courier has your parcel we cannot speed this up.

Thankfully we are seeing minimal impact on our deliveries. Once we have provided your tracking details the easiest way for you to amend or reschedule the delivery date is via the courier directly.

We have the “Track My Delivery” tab available below, and another popular tool to track your order is 17track.net/en where many of our courier partner orders will appear.

Delivery Rates:

UK Mainland: Free Delivery for orders over £500
UK Mainland: £10 Delivery for orders under £500

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@archiesplace.co.uk. Refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

Cancellations:

The order can only be cancelled if the item has not been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be liable for return postage and any costs incurred by us from our suppliers, these will be deducted from your refund. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. Refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

Refunds:

Return postage cost and any costs incurred by us from our supplier will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was issued to place the order. We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving the item back. Refer to our Refund Policy for further information.

Warranty:

Unless product listing states otherwise, Products purchased through us include a minimum 6 month manufacturer warranty from the date you receive the product. This warranty is limited to manufacturing faults and defects. The warranty covers the labour and parts required to repair your product. Please refer to individual product pages for more specifics as some products have an enhanced warranty period.

Please be aware that your warranty is subject to the manufactures policies. The manufacture will assess your product to determine if the fault or defect is covered under the warranty. Any costs associated with sending the product to the manufacturer is not covered under the warranty and the customer will bear that cost.

What’s not covered?

Your warranty will be void if the product has been modified or altered in any way or if the product has been misused in any way. Normal wear and tear or damage due to accident, misuse, neglect, incorrect installation or not observing load limits will not be covered by your warranty. Manufactures may also impose additional restrictions as to what their warranty may not cover. This may include and not limited to scratches and marks upon delivery, as many of our products have been sent long distances via 3rd party couriers, so this could happen during transit. Archie's Place and the manufacturer cannot be held liable for this.
